I always cover extra shifts I go above and beyond by running two clinical groups being the only staff in my position that does that and transports them to all the local meetings. I advocate for the clients and there needs and always lend a helping hand. I am certified in CPR and first aid and have done a number of trainings through relias I will happily bring copies of the certificates on top of recovery coach academy once I finish.
