I also placed outgoing calls to collect debt in outstanding orders, and was asked to train some new hires in both bounds. I built great customer relations as most of the inbound calls would ask to be transfered to me upon pick up. :)
Addressed customer service inquiries in a timely and accurate fashion. I also completed cash and charge sales purchases over the phone and in person. I was responsible for managing and counting my own cash drawer as well as other employee's drawers, and keeping products stocked.
