I was hired at Salon O as a receptionist and after five months of employment, I was promoted to assistant manager.
Being a receptionist at Element salon has many task. I answer all the phone calls and collect rent, color money and ring out all clients for their transactions. I also have to wash and fold towels provided to the stylist. I do inventory and also stock shelves. I clean the salon after we close every night. Confirmation calls are also done by me to remind the clients of their upcoming appointments.
