1.) Selected as President George W. Bush's Transportation and Movement Supervisor for his Inauguration in January 2001.

Awarded the Defense Meritorious Service Medal for Outstanding Leadership for being the Manager of 33 Marines, Sailors, Airman, and Soldiers providing Personal Security and Movement for Secretary of Defense Honorable Robert Gates, Secretary of all Branches of Service, and General Commands of Afghanistan.

Currently Serving as Manager for 207 Soldiers. Conduct day to day operations to include pay, training, and administration tasks. I deployed to Afghanistan where I was in charge of Movement to and from Theater. Facilitated and Supervised manning, training, and processing 128 Soldiers for Deployment. I served in Afghanistan from November 2013 to February 2014. I am currently assigned in Michigan City, IN.
Managed and facilitated 120 New Soldiers. Trained and processed them for shipment to Basic Training. I conducted Pay, Training Plans, Processed Paperwork, Managed flights / bus for transportation to Basic, Managed Equipment, Supervised Training, and Maintained Records for all Soldiers.
Certified Instructor in High School and College presentations, career planning, and resume building. Responsible for Recruiting New Soldiers into the Indiana Army National Guard. I supervised a Recruiting Team of 21 Recruiters, assigned Schools, Studied Demographics, Conducted Marketing procedures, and Trained Sales Management and Tactics.
Promoted to Sergeant / E-5, I was manager of 10 Soldiers. I Instructed Advanced Individual Training Certifying new Soldiers on Military CDL Course, Air Brakes, Hazardous Material, and Preventive Maintenance. I was selected to lead 7 Soldiers during President George W. Bush's Inauguration in January of 2001 providing Transportation and Security for General Officers and Congressmen for 3 months in Washington D.C.
Operated 20 Ton Dump Truck, Tractor Trailer with Low Boy, D7 Dozer, 2.5-5 Yard Loader, JD 410 Back Hoe, Skid Steer Loader, and Maintenance of all Equipment. Deployed to Operation Bright Star Egypt 1997 to support a world wide desert training exercise by building bases, berms, roads, and fighting positions for British, French, Japanese, and U.S. Soldiers.
