I was responsible for maintaining the PTO's finances.
* Establishing and maintaining budgets
* Create and deliver monthly financial reports for general meetings
* Prepare and file required taxes and annual reports as required by the State and IRS.
* Maintain well organized records and ledgers.
* Payent of reimbursements and invoices.
* Responsible for all bank deposits and bank reconciliations.
* Properly routed invoices through the signature process.
I was responsible for helping the President manage the daily operations of the PTO.
* Implement event-planning, organizational and administrative activities to generate funds to benefit programs for the school year.
* Promotion of school fundraisers.
* Coordinate volunteers for PTO functions.
* Work closely with school staff to provide an excellent relationship with the PTO organization.
* Represent HMSS at monthly President's Council Meetings, school and community events.
