My goal is to become a strong foundation for my community through leadership and advocacy. It is my plan to do that by continuing my education and completing a degree in Community, Environment and Planning (CEP) in the College of Built Environments. I am a dedicated Student and Community leader focused on using communication skills and encouragement to create a welcoming and interactive learning environment for all.

Coordinated community members, PTA, Cascade Bicycle Club, and SDOT to create bicycle safety education programing.
Spearheaded the creation of the Brettler Garden to included 16 garden beds that directly serve low income children through hands-on learning.
Implemented interesting and interactive learning mediums to increase student understanding of the wide diversity of ecosystems, and hundreds of species of birds, insects, amphibians, plants, reptiles, and animals. As a member of the committee I have help guide the Children's Garden creation and ongoing development.
Enforced child-based hands-on curriculum to promote student interest and receptive learning. Prepped and maintained materials as needed.
