2010:In July, I conducted/carried out a four days research for the Corridors of Hope III project-Howard University HIV/AIDS Pharmaceutical Care Programme in Chipata.
2009:In February, I participated in the final-term evaluation for Christian Children's Fund (CCF) on orphans and vulnerable children APAC project/programme which included Kafue, Rusemfwa, Chongwe, and Mwembeshi project centers.
In May, Support to people living with HIV/AIDs Response in Zambia (SHARe) carried out a study on Workplace HIV/AIDS programme and Absenteeism in North-Western Province, Solwezi district at Kansanshi Mine and First Quantum Mining Company (FQM) of which I was part of the research team under the supervision of Mr. Solomon Tembo, Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist (M & E) SHARe.
I conducted a research with my colleagues as part of the requirement for the completion of our four year study at The University of Zambia for a dissertation in Educational Psychology where we were trying to find out the causes of falling standards in higher learning institutions in the case of The University of Zambia, Copperbelt University and Evelyn Hone College under the supervision of Professor Robert Serpel. I further did a research in a course I was taking at Campus Organizational Behaviour to find out the courses of Stress in Organizations and the sampled organization was Christian Children's Fund (CCF) Zambia. I did also carry a research in Forensic Psychology as a course requirement on methods of recording crime and my areas of data source were The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) and Zambia Police Central Police.
I also provided Counseling at The University of Zambia Counseling Centre as part of my practical and as well as Mumana Basic School were I provided Counseling and Career Guidance. I also had the privilege of teaching at Solwezi Technical High School where I offered History, Counseling and also acted as Careers master.
2008:In May, I participated in another research under Zambia Health Education and Communications Trust (ZHECT), on behalf of Society for Family Health International (SFHI) which was sponsored by UNFPA on the new female condom two (FC2) in Chongwe and Kafue Districts respectively.
In July, the study was extended to other parts of the country which included Southern Province specifically Monze and Livingstone districts, and Western Province with Sesheke and Mongu districts. The principle researchers were Mr. Nabanda Mulako and Mr. Mwamba, Emmanuel.
I also participated in another study in September were ZHECT was contracted on behalf of Lusaka Water and Sewerage Company (LWSC) sponsored by The World Bank to investigate the knowledge, attitudes and practices (KAPs-Study) for LWSC employees in Kafue and Chongwe. The same study was extended in October to Luangwa and Lusaka districts in the same company LWSC of which I was part of the research team.
2006:In March, I participated in a research programme on the mid-term evaluation for Christian Children's Fund (CCF) on Orphans and Vulnerable children (OVC's) in Kafue and Chongwe Districts a programme sponsored by the Australian government known as Australia in Partnership with African Children (APAC). The principle researcher was Mr. Mulako Nabanda. I also worked at Zambia Sugar Plc, as assistant fitter (December- February) under the supervision of Mr. Nalonda.
2003:I worked at Nakambala House -Zambia sugar Plc helping with food Preparations (November) under the supervision of Mr. Felix Namonde.
2010:I attended a one week training workshop (22-26th February) in Monitoring and Evaluation in Lusaka Organized by Corridors of Hope and I was awarded a certificate of attendance.
2009:Attended and participated in a three weeks Counseling seminar as part of my additional activity to one of the courses I was taking in psychology (Counseling) at The University of Zambia Counseling centre conducted by Mr. J. Nyimbili (counselor).
