Duties include but not limited to:.
Daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork.
Keeping the store extra clean and staying on top of all repairs needed.
Handling the concerns of tenants.
Leasing of storage units and sale of merchandise.
Collection calls and accepting monthly payments from tenants.
Following state laws and guidelines for the auction process.
