All Sales tax reporting and audits. Assisted one of the partners to start up a home construction division and set up all policies and procedures and a quick books accounting system. Consulted with that partner on draw schedules and worked up a proforma for this division. Worked with Bank to gain financing. Worked extensives with WIP on a completed contract basis and handled year end financials and tax planning with outside accountants
Through out my years I started as assistant to the Controller of Claridge Carpet Center and then transfered to Property management for 7 downtown bldgs including Chili Paul Plaza and then moved to Accounting manager of Claridge when my original boss left. Handled Lease administration, CAM billings, All daily procedures from Check runs and daily deposits and cash receipts. Sometimes handled Customers on the floor at the carpet center.Learned extensive cash management with lack of main ingredient necessary for this function while within all aspects of the organization.
