May arrange meetings or travel. Updates, compiles, and verifies material for publication, including directories for The Municipal Year Book.
Prepares manuscripts for publication: Inputs text and editorial changes in electronic documents; formats tables in Excel; inserts style codes; lays out pages in accordance with established editorial standards; prepares document files for transmission to the Creative Services team.
Acts as IT and Creative Services Invoice Manager: compiles, organizes, and facilitates information in a way that proficiently supports each teams' financial priorities, needs, and their ability to assist other teams and customers; focuses on vendor relationships by receiving and processing invoices, seeking receipts and documentation to back up financial records; being aware of payment discrepancies, and seeking resolution with vendors and/or ICMA.
Facilitated and supported the mastery of the skills and principles of life and spiritual development coaching; leadership development, and stepping beyond ones comfort zone. Acted as faculty adviser to both individual and cohorts of coaching students.
