Ensure all damages are identified as DDD, scope of work, and cost are review. Perform a variety of assignments related to the review EEI Completeness, Site Inspection Report on Grants Manager. Work hand in hand with Site Inspectors, Mitigations, and EHP. Coordinate assigned recipients through the Public Assistance grant delivery program. Working at a fast-paced environment meeting deadlines, recommend solutions, concerns, and problems that can arise during the project development. Coordinate with sub- Recipient on recovery priorities while the project is developing and validating damages from site inspections to project formulation through the RTM. Facilitating and coordinating the effective and accurate delivery of grants funding to the client. Use FEMA policies, laws, and regulations that govern repair and hazard mitigation.
I conduct quantitative and qualitative methods to identify effective reports for analyses with varied data sets. I provide oversight and approval of project plans as I manage and convey recommendations on alternatives and plans for projects. Maintaining and improving electronic tracking, record keeping, existing web-based data collection tools, and intranet site. I participating in special studies and/or projects involving administrative and/or policy issues to determine the best organization practice.
