  • Complete project specific use tax reconciliations
  • Complete Contractor Requests for Qualifications and RFPs/RFQs as requested
  • Assist Estimating department with bid solicitation as needed
  • Assist Controller with annual company audit providing reporting and processing additional document requests
  • Maintain company credit card, fuel card and cell phone programs, reconciling and job costing expenses on a monthly basis
  • Initiate and process all liability and builders risk insurance claims for the company while working directly with carriers
