Currently I am a Greenbelt in the Six Sigma process. Even though I have management and supervisory background I am very willing to accept a position in a non-management non supervisor position.
At the time of the shut down I was the director in charge of facilities and production management includWrote and updated procedures for facility operations department.ing equipment maintenance. It is a 2 facility site with 190 employees. Recorded the type and cost of maintenance and repair work.Troubleshooted equipment by running electrical and electronic testing devices.Completed daily rounds to inspect facilities equipment.Conducted preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.I am responsible for all aspects of the site and production equipment. Almost all of the HVAC, plumbing , electrical..etc is performed by myself. We are a very lean company, thus with minimal amount of help we are able to comply with all preventive maintenance schedules,most of which I have implemented since my arrival. I am also instrumental in the design and build of many new production fixtures used in our day to day operations for the production of electronic equipment and testers that we sell to the public. All city and state EH&S issues are also handled by myself.

Working closely with production management to insure high line % rates with low down time. Employed as a technician and promoted to Service Manager for the Az region within 8 months with branches in Phoenix and Tucson. Responsible for the maintenance and repair of 5 buildings,118 pieces of equipment and supervision of 11 technicians. My tasks included troubleshooting problems in electrical,hydraulic,mechanical,structural and assigning and scheduling repairs.
