This Part of the job had a number of different responsibilities, the main goal was to get the mail that came in that day processed for payment and imaged for book-keeping, the same day. Another part of the job was documenting and billing other county offices that used our mail room services, which I created and improved a number of different ways to make sure we had an accurate reporting of the services we provided. I had to spend some time as an acting manager in the department, at that time I trained several in coming employees and also the next boss.
