I manage a team of 20+ employees. I am responsible for the Skilled Nursing and ALF processing team, ensuring medications are sent correctly and accurately. I also over see the Customer Service and Adjudication departments. My primary role is to maintain relationships with the Director of Nursing and Administrators at the Skilled Nursing facilities. I work very closely with the Compliance team is creating policies that improve quality of the pharmacy's service. I work on programing in the Pharmacy program QS1. I visit Long Term Care facilities to renew contracts and review pricing for medications. I routinely operated the computerized Resource and Patient Management System (RPMS) and Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.Appropriately resolve customer issues, complaints and questions.
