Supervise all operations of credit union including supervising a staff of 4, provide leadership to operations staff in providing excellent customer service and maintaining all aspects of back office credit union operations, provide recommendations to board regarding ALM, policies and procedures for all aspects of CU management, maintain all daily and monthly accounting functions of the CU including payables, receivables, daily cash functions and maintenance of all assets, provide appropriate reporting of call report information to NCUA, assist in all lending functions of the CU, all while providing support and forward seeking growth opportunities for future success of the credit union and its members.
Supervise all aspects of the loan department and staff, including but not limited to: Processing and approving consumer loan applications ranging from visas, car loans and mortgage loans including, collateral values and title perfection, assembling files, assessing credit and calculating debt ratios. Process all aspects of mortgage loans, from application, title work, disclosures and documents, Counsel member's regarding credit, supervise collection department, including calls, processing repossessions and judgments, balance monthly general ledger reports for income and expenses, process member transactions regarding loan advances as well as checking and savings transactions, implement and supervise the credit unions Bill pay program, process morning posting of ach, visa, atm and share draft transactions, process credit union end of month procedures which include member statements, posting interest, credit reporting, and general ledger postings, process bi monthly visa statements, and most importantly provide excellent member service in a team environment on a daily basis.
Supervising and training a staff of 8 while fostering an environment of camaraderie and team work among them, hiring, setting service goals, performing annual performance reviews, high volume customer service, accounts payable and receivable, extensive data entry of new loans and purchases onto computer system, customer dispute resolution, monitoring and balancing certifications of all general ledgers related to the loan servicing department, secondary market investor reporting on a multimillion dollar portfolio (Freddie Mac, FNMA, State and Multi Family), foreclosure claims for all investors, payoff processing, payment processing, escrow preparation, preparing loan modifications, loan maintenance, delinquency reporting for all investors, balancing investor P & I and T & I accounts, credit report corrections, processing nsf checks and back up to collection officer, preparation of loan documents, back up and assistant to credit administration department including loan concentration reports and other duties as assigned.
