Built on the backbone of an existing successful construction company, through a combination of practical and strategic approach to business, this residential flood prevention company saw double digit growth at a rapid rate. Through operational discipline and leadership, I was able to increase sales, improve the companies bottom line and created a model still used by start up companies in the region today. Additionally, government legislature on provinicial funding was regulated based on my highly successful strategical implimentation of new sales techniques and customer service.
This ground up venture in residential construction established the frame-work for Backwater Boot Inc.. Begining as a small "handyman" company and grew rapidly, I was able to establish lasting relationships with many developers, suppliers, tradesman and community leaders as well as private citizens. It was the reputation built within the community from quality of the workmanship provided to my clients that ulitmately led to the successful melding of my company into a booming back water valve installation business.
