Interpreted IRS codes, guidelines and procedures for transfers, rollovers and tax-free exchanges. Interacted with carriers to expedite collection of funds for participants. Used IBM software to post funds to capital accounts. Handled repurchase funds for 103 institutions. General accounting and heavy volume of personal and telephone contact with annuitants.
Process claims with the insurance carriers through the MAGIC software system and the claims processing sites Magellan Behavioral Health and Navinet. Maintain her licenses and certifications.
Took commodities orders from account executives. Monitored markets for and reported fluctuations to clients. Resolved order discrepancies through Time and Sales research.
