My background consists of some education.
I do have knowledge of coal fired power plants . For 16 years as an operator I have developed my awareness in my surroundings looking for anything unusual or out of place.
I believe in doing my tasks better and with efficiency. You could say trying to reinvent the wheel.
I believe in safety first and also acquired some leadership skills that can prove beneficial for the company.
I am ambitious.
My last 8 years with TEP as an chemical technician has expanded my knowledge in areas not known as an plant operator.
Life of a power plant depends on the chemistry program. Not only the water chemistry I perform the oil tests as well. I have done in the past coal tests to ensure our quality of fuel.

Never graduated. Started working in 1993. I have accumulated entirely the academic courses except for 2 classes to get my degree.
My next move in education was continue at Northern Arizona University.
Almost completed my liberal arts program.
Recieved a Certification in Computer/Electronic Technoloty.
Two year hands on technical training.
Basic math/algebra concepts along with reading skills courses.
Electronic Therory and practical skills in circuit & component troubleshooting. Circuit board schematics and construction.
Some of the courses taken were college credited.
