Routine inspections of single family homes, townhomes and condominiums to ensure owners were in compliance with their community documents and/or Rules and Regulations.
Routine inspections of common grounds and amenities to ensure all vendors were meeting the scope of work as provided in their contact. Take note of any issues and address vendor accordingly, issue work orders, etc.
Monthly review of a community financials to ensure the current in budget in place was sufficient. Prepare a monthly variance report to notate items that are over budget with an explanation as to the reason.
Prepare a yearly proposed budget for the Board of Directors to review and consider for the upcoming fiscal year.
Put together RFP's for vendor to provide an estimated cost of repairs and/or contract pricing for the Board of Directors to review.
Attend monthly or quarterly meeting per contract. Prepare a detailed Board package for the Board of Directors to utilize for the flow of the meeting.
Prepare notices and mailers - Annual, Budget and other various correspondence to be sent to owners.
Yield phone calls and emails from owners and Board members to ensure their needs are met and concerns are addressed appropriately.

Routine inspections of owner homes for compliance of the Rules and Regulations in place.
