Being a hands on operation manager. I was in charge of anywheres between 20 to 25 associates for the 3 shifts a 24/7 operation of a 7 multi hearth incinerator in the wastewater industries of northeast ( new england) district .

I planned and implemented a 2 shift rotation with 3rd shift always staying the same. With the daily changing of operation because of the different waste water sludge that unloaded 24 hours. One licensed operator would do hourly rounds recording all working equipment and hourly numbers of mechanical usages , gases and pollutants omitted for rhode Islands EPA and the City of woonsocket. While the 2nd licensed operator/mechanic would have work order's on repairs an preventive maintenance and daily cleaning also helping the incase of emergency's that occur sometimes.

On top of my daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for the city of woonsocket,providence and the state of Rhode Island. i also worked on and helped build and refabricate equipment that was needed for the operations of our company. With weekly monthly meeting on work progression and how to improve our work environment.

Also very importantly i would set up schedules every 6 month with woonsocket fire and police department for safety on fire prevention , CPR training, scott air pack usage, fire escape plans, fire extinguishers incase of an emergency. following up with phone call protocol .
