I was a physical trainer who trained people in the safe use/operation of weight training/building equipment. I kept track of the progress of the customer through personal records and suggested various ways of progression by advising the customer in the use certain equipment for a more targeted approach for personal advancement. I started out in Clean-up of the Construction site and advanced to a laborer position where I assisted Construction workers with various duties. I was again advanced and was given the responsibility of doing the entire Fire-proofing of the Silver Lake High School in Traverse City, Mi. My duties included mixing the various chemicals for fire-proofing of any and all buildings and rooms where fire-proofing was needed such as the Science building/rooms and kitchen and any other buildings/rooms that used any type of fire/heating for the room.
My duties included bartending (waiting on customers, making drinks, operating cash register, handling money and making sure all receipts were correct, keeping work area safe and clean, recognizing when a customer has had too much to drink, checking I.D.'s, etc.) I was also a cook with duties extending to ordering food and keeping kitchen stocked, keeping an inventory of all foods and supply's, prep-cook, and primary cook. I also served food and waited on customers.

I have four (4) grown children and was the sole caretaker of my disabled husband who recently passed away of a chronic illness on 11/15/2013. I have worked several jobs over the years and have accumulated a wealth of experience in many various fields. I am a hard-worker and very dependable. I am anxious to contribute to the work force, give my experience and to accumulate more experience.
