As the photographers assistant, I handled the paperwork of each individual athlete that had their picture taken, as well as handled the paperwork of the team's photos as a whole. I was in charge of keeping track of film rolls, photo takes per each athlete/team, and the photographer's memory card. Along with paperwork, I was in charge of making transactions that dealt with credit cards, or cash when change was needed.
Another part of my responsibility was setting up and taking down the equipment for each shoot. I played a role in making sure all the equipment was set up correctly as well as taken down and accounted for.
As a shift leaders, I am responsible for a staff of around 10 people each night. It is my job to place each team member in a position where they will work for the entire shift.
I am also responsible for all of the money in each register, as well as all the money in the safe. This totals to up to thousands of dollars I am held accountable for during each shift.
It is my job to resolve any conflicts with costumers. I am responsible for seeing that each costumer that comes to the store is satisfied and all their problems are dealt with accordingly.
I am responsible for training new employees as they join our staff and making sure they are able to learn to the best of their abilities. It is my job to know each position and be able to teach someone else that position without fail.
