  • Perform desk duties to aid in the work flow of the department.

  • Performs and reports results of proficiency testing and maintains acceptable competency levels for all testing performed within the laboratory.
  • Enters and retrieves data from automated database and ensures all procedures are incompliance with standards.
  • Ensure medical records, list and recurring reports are available.
  • Enter information into the computer terminal to indicate proper categories of patients with changes of demographic data.
  • File medical documents in existing or temporary records as required.
  • Provide back up support to ensure proper coverage, perform other duties as assigned.
