      • Effectively prioritize tasks and organize workflow to procure both Outpatient and Inpatient pharmacy.
      • Researches new products and orders supplies to meet the Mandatory BPA's.
      • Assists ADPAC pharmacist in creating quick order supply lists for clinic services using computerized planning tools.
      • Creates, prepares and submits pharmaceutical orders daily for next day delivery to outpatient pharmacy from prime vendor via 1358 Fast Pay account.
      • Maintain a running balance of monthly budget, open/close/increase/decrease 1358 Fast Pay accounts in Vista.
      • Purchase and researches needed items thru alternate resources such as GSA Advantage website or open market vendors using assigned government credit card.
      • Follow contracting guidelines (FSS, BPS, NAT, BG4, ETC).
      • Uploads all corresponding information to recall share point site and sends back any affected product to manufacturer for credit.
      • Monitor kickbacks from CMOP due to back orders and contact prime vendor and open market vendors to order adequate stock to mail scripts locally.
