*Provide and Supervise all residents and staff during the scheduled eight (8) hour shift. (Full-Time and Part-Time Shifts) including weekends

*Obtain Certificate for Medical Necessity. Fax to PHD for signatures.
*Cleaning and testing Durable Medical Equipment before re-issuing to patients in need of supplies.
*Obtain pre-authorizations form insurance carries for the purchase or rental of new or used equipment
*Batch and file workloads daily to the RBCO department
*Shipping out equipment via Warehouse
*Deliver, install equipment as needed
*Front Office Check In/Out
*Meet & Greet patients
*Billing & Coding obtain referrals, pre-certifications, Collections, Co-pays,
*Maintain the front office staff, oversee that all duties are being completed and proper coverage is provided at all times
*Maintaining calendars for various executives
*Prepare travel arrangements
*Research important data
*Copying, filing, prepare power point documents, fax, scan important documents
*Schedule meetings using Outlook Calendars that coordinate with CEO, COO schedules, assist w/conference calls and prepare and set up conference rooms.
*Submit accurate claims in a timely manner, prepare billing slips
*Balance Keyed claim batches
*Status aged HMO, PPO, Commercial. Medicare, Medicaid claims
*Status insurance and patient collection accounts over 30 days
*Resolve all problem accounts and patient complaint calls
*Schedule patients appointments via telephone and personal contact/Verify Insurance
*Obtain pre-certifications for outpatient procedures and referrals to different specialist offices
