I have very great people skills, i have worked in retail and fast food so i am able to work and get along with people every day. I am currently employed at Hattie Larlham working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

During my time of employment at steak n shake i was a beginner and i started to be trained on drive through, i eventually was taught how to work the entire back of the store. Once i learned how to do that i was going to be a lead trainer before i found another job. Were i currently am working at hattie larlham i have trained many people and i have also been told i am a very hard worker and i stay over and pick up whenever need be, so that the next shift is able to function and does not have to be short staffed.
I currently take care of individuals that have developmental disabilities. This includes making sure they are clean shaved and bathed for the day they are wearing a good outfit, they are unable to do most anything for thermselves, so it is my job to help them maintain a normal lifestyle. I really enjoy working here.Getting to know them and seeing how so many different things can happen and change a persons life.
I worked on the floor making sure things were organized, also helped customer find and locate items they were interested in purchasing or just wanted to see. I also worked the register. I helped check customers out of the store and bagged all their items.
I worked in the back of the store. I was trained on the grill, how to make the milkshakes, how to dress all the food correctly and also worked the dive thru. Dealing with many different people and many stressful situations.
