I have always had a passion for baking and pastry culinary arts, this is what drove me to complete my college education at Top Pastry Art Institute. Immediately I was hired at a 4 star Hotel/Restaurant (Grove Hotel) as this was a great opportunity for me straight after completing my degree. It only allowed me 50% of my time geared towards my passion of pastries/desserts. For the last 3 years I have been the head Pastry Chef at the Backstage Bistro and have enjoyed this opportunity as I have had full control of daily and weekly creations. You may find one or more of my creations that were featured on Idaho Living T.V show as well. My experience has also afforded me the opportunity to judge baking completion. I have had a lot of experience and have enjoyed every opportunity that has came, I am excited for the next oppurtunuty to learn and grow in my baking and pasty arts.
I am the Pastry Chef for the Backstage Bistro. I make desserts for the restaurant such as crème brulee, bread pudding, chocolate tortes, tiramisu, ice cream, cheesecake and a special dessert every week. I also do all the desserts and baked goods for the café in theater downstairs. Such as cookies, pound cake, brownies, cake pops, toffee and est.
