I am a partner

the delivery of consulting services focused on industrial and life science /
medical device product companies. I have led large global transformation
projects enabled by software implementation and helped companies evolve into
process focused organizations. I
successfully built a strong robust consulting focus in the medical device
industry.
- Led
the implementation of SAP at the largest global medical technology device
company. I sold and
delivered the program and was with the client full time for 5 years and part
time after that for another 3 years. I was accountable to the client for the
delivery of a validated system and any newly designed processes to the
different regions and businesses.
- Working
with this client for 8 years, I built a reputation for strong delivery and
quality team performance. I led an SAP team of global professionals (client and IBM) that
peaked at 480 team members coordinating and blending work from US, Europe, Asia
and multiple delivery centers in India, China and Brazil.
- Led
a global team of professionals in an SAP implementation for a fortune 500
company. Included in the implementation
was the complete replacement of the technical infrastructure and a transfer to
different hardware architecture
- Engagement partner in
the reengineering effort of the sales and operation planning function of a
fortune 25 company. Organized the sales,
marketing, logistics, manufacturing and finance organizations to work through
the process changes that needed to be implemented in support of the cost
savings goal.
