As Assistant Manager, my duties ranged from front desk duties, to handling group sales, to accounts receivables, to supply ordering. In fact, handling all the day to day details of running a small 45 room hotel.

At my current employer I started in the Laundry Department transferring to the Dietary Department. I work in several different positions in that department. I am the evening cook 2 nights a week, when I am responsible for Preparing and serving the dinner meal as well as supervising a dietary aide staff of 2-4 people each night. I work two different Dietary aide jobs the other 3 days a week on the day shift.

Started out as a High School student in the position of classroom aide at a residential school for mentally and physically handicapped people. I was promoted to lead a classroom after I graduated. After a few years I was promoted to 3rd Shift Supervisor, scheduling and supervising a 10 person staff.
Approximately 1992-93 completed East Central College Job training program in micro computers I also have 40+ college credit hours in Accounting, data entry, 10 key and mathematics courses.
