I have been teaching mathematics at the high school level since 1993. I have been teaching developmental college mathematics since 2003. I have experience teaching courses ranging from 6th grade math to pre-calculus.
I have taught at TVI/CNM for the past 10 years. I have taught Math 0550, 0750, 0930, 0940, and 0950. With CNM choosing to reduce its developmental footprint, the number of sections has been greatly reduced the last two terms. The reduction was so significant that I opted to decline the schedules and teach night school at Rio Rancho for financial stability.
I have been teaching at Rio Rancho High for the past 13 years. I have taught Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, Trigonometry, Statistics, Financial Algebra, and Pre-Calculus. I am currently the PLC leader for Algebra 2, meaning I lead a team of teachers helping with curriculum, testing, etc.
I taught math classes at Eldorado High and Albuquerque High ranging from Pre-Algebra to Algebra 2 and Honors Geometry.
