  • The Domestic Violence Court won an award from the U.S. Department of Justice, Law Enforcement Coordinating Committee; resulted in recidivism rates of just 9.55% convictions for new offenses of violence, three years post program graduation.
  • Coordinated Pinal County Fatality Review and Safety Assessment project.
  • Facilitated Pinal County Domestic Violence Fatality Review Team
  • Coordinated the countywide Fingerprint Disposition Workgroup, taking Pinal County from the second worst county in the state for incomplete criminal history dispositions to being cited by the Arizona Department of Public Safety as a model of system coordination.
  • Managed the Warrants Subcommittee which developed a single set of countywide warrant forms, for consistency in criminal history reporting, the first such set in the state, requested for reference by the Supreme Court warrants working group.
  • Secured grant funding to place the first Automated Fingerprint Identification System machines in Justice Courts in the state.
  • Developed the In Home Detention Program for Pinal County Justice Courts, including completing procurement for vendors, the second County in Arizona to do so.
  • Beginning September of 2011, supported and coordinated 16 Limited Jurisdiction Courts in Pinal County.
