As a Frontline Supervisor my job responsibilities include writing and implementing both ISP and BSP plans. Supervising a group home. making sure clients are in a safe and clean environment Managing financial ledgers, client appointments a and Medications. Working in home at least 32 hours a week. Being included in meetings for my clients in order to best support them and help them to be as independent as possible. I'm also responsible for scheduling, employee reviews, reviews for client homes, completing IHH reports, and employee training.
