Compiles statistical status, and other supply/transportation information to validate transportation consolidation are being accomplished and delivery times are met. Consolidates input from different sources to ensure shipments are being consolidated at its maximum rate allowed. Shipping manifests and billing on same dates should reflect one bill transaction, not multiple. Compiles reports in response to special needs of diverse customers. Reconstructs records in support of complex transactions to ensure transactions are finalized for payments of funds to the transportation vendor. Consolidates excel spreadsheet to a customer upon their request identifying their transportation costs, and/or an excel spreadsheet to the customer identifying missing inventory data. Prepares recurring status reports on missing POS, POD and late payments to the Transportation vendor. Develops and maintains lists of supply users for corrective actions. These consist of UIC's of all electronic Retrograde Management System (eRMS) users. (Currently in excess of 1,000 users) Researches problems surfaced by customers; resolves issues or route to the appropriate analyst with information setting forth research findings. Performs a comparative analyses response to reports received from higher echelons Weapon System Support (WSS) and Global Logistics Support(GLS). Utilizes retrieved data to respond to variety of customer, program review and vendor inquiries. Will alerts the next level analyst or supervisor of serious discrepancies and gaps in reported transactions and statistics. 25% Ensure accessorial charges billed by the carrier are authorized and properly billed. These consist of but not limited to Pallet position, Fuel Surcharges, Dimensional weight, rerouting, and standby fees. Denies or approve as warranted. Receives pickup and delivery requirements from ATAC Nodes and customer sites worldwide and books commercial trucks, planes, trains and other transportation services. This support includes reviewing delivery routes, customs regulatory requirements and submitting proper documentation to the vendor. Coordinates engine movements worldwide for East and West aviation and surface Type Commanders (TYCOM). Receives and release engine shipments, retrieves, accounts for and maintains engine logbooks, performs all manifesting and DD1348-1A and DD1387-2 certificate creations. Performs Engine Transactions Reports (ETR) utilizing NAVAIR Deckplate database, physically affixes logbooks to each engine ready to transport. Performs ERMS database updates in POS/POD.

Uses knowledge of supply and transportation regulations/policies to perform continuing assignments encompassing a variety of problems situations with considerable independence. Determines transportation needed for expedited items based on pickup and delivery location destinations. Able conducts extensive and exhaustive researched of databases to locate the most cost effective available carriers, within shipping lanes for on time delivery. Approves and/or denies complex transportation payments not to exceed their authority level.
