Highly motivated individual looking to start a new, exciting career. I have experience in running the day to day operations of a small business which taught me to pay attention to details. I have also ran million dollar projects with lots of paperwork and documentation from start to finish. I have some knowledge in mechanical as well as electrical and site maintenance.
Ran the day-to-day operations of the business. Handled Marketing and new growth Sales. Dealt with customer complaints in person and over the phone. Did quality control inspections on a weekly basis to make sure that my customers are getting the attention and service that they deserve.
Our company provided our customers with several different options to handle their energy usage. I was the second step in the process after the initial Sales call. I would walk the entire facility documenting what they have existing as far as lighting. I would take light level readings and capture the wattage and voltages as well as looking at the instillation. Then we would make recommendations based on what the customer's needs and requirements set forth by national industry standards.
I would also manage projects when called upon. After receiving the scope of work I would make sure all materials that are needed are at the job site. Conducted tailgate safety meetings going over national industry safety standards. Did quality control inspections on a daily basis. Completed reports on a daily basis and emailed to the customer representative. I completed DFW Airport, terminals A and C, and the San Juan International Airport parking garage which was completed a month ahead of schedule and $100,000 under budget.
Performed all the day to day operations for the restaurant. I performed all prep work, ordered all materials, performed payroll duties and did quality control inspections on a daily basis. I also did all the hiring and firing for the company and any training that was required.
Started out as a helper and worked my way to a mechanic. We rebuilt pumps and steam turbines from the petrochemical industry. I broke down, cleaned, inspected, measured, drafted drawings for new materials to be machined and put the equipment back together and tested before being shipped out to the customer.
I was rewarded an Athletic Scholarship to play football.
