Have authored a book for the fatherless in the millennial generation to help them become men. Lots of research and understanding of the generation of 18-36 year olds in particular.
I understand the millennial generation. There will be 70 million in the next five years replacing much of the retiring boomer generation in the workforce. MIllennials have to be managed differently or they will leave.
Turnover is costly. Retention is vital with every workforce and it can be a huge challenge with this group. I can bring the style of management necessary to maximize the talents of this generation as well as bringing the experience of working with more mature in age employees.
