I have over three years experience in customer service. I am well organized, I work great with others and even better with myself. I love learning new things but most of all I love mastering the trait and training others to do great things whether it's work-related or not, and I can work in a high call volume environment with no problems. I type over 30 wpm and can do multiple things at once, such as taking notes and while helping the customer(s) with there problem(s). I am also able to keep a cool head when it comes to irate customers and also can calm them down to help us get through with the call and try to complete everything they need done within a fashionable time.
I am skilled in warehouse, demolition/construction, landscaping work, and food service. I also was a certified lifeguard and had been trained in waterfront safety, and was trained in CPR.
I am about 85%-90% of the time able to calm down an irate customer and get done what they need without the help of a team leader/supervisor.
I can handle my call and help co-workers around me without putting my customer on hold and have a great quality assurance time with my calls.
Multitasking is something I enjoy doing most of the time.
I've tested 100% on my calls without help the majority of the time in my experience as a customer service rep.
