Solely responsible for upselling and processing loans from beginning to end for the Outbound Lending Department along with maintaining a substantial goal each month.
As an Outbound Lending Representative a goal is set monthly to increase revenue for the Credit Union as a whole and have been at the top of this goal every month. Also responsible for establishing contact with existing customers, identifying new opportunities and following up on potential leads. This department also maintains an excel spreadsheet of every new contact or lead and sales report each week and submit to management. I utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into customers. I also have to maintain an extensive knowledge of lending procedures along with rates and terms. It is a must to follow security procedures in accordance with policy and regulatory requirements and remain fully trained in all aspects of the lending operations. Opening new accounts for non-members, load loans in the data processing system. The biggest part of this job is maintaining a solid foundation of communication with members, non-members and employees within the company.
