I started the company as a Heavy Equipment Operator and Automotive/Diesel Mechanic. I was not satisfied with the position and quickly learnt all I could about the business and the product. Early into my employment with the company I began making cold calls and knocking on doors of land owners. I was very succesful in doing this and the company picked up much more work.

I scheduled visits to the customers Automotive shop and demonstrated the tire changing equipment. I had to book my own hotels and manage my own routes in the company truck.
I managed current accounts as well as developed new accounts. I had to make sure the orders were taken properly and delivered on time.
