Manage / Coach / Teach and deliver BP continuous improvement 7 problem solving methodology to Camps Security, Maintenance , Food Service, Housekeeping and BP Utilities departments.
Implementation of over 50 CI projects capitalizing on risk reduction, cost savings and process efficiencies in all departments.
Which has resulted in reduced personal risks in all departments, cost savings in the millions, and efficient work processes throughout all business functions.
Risk Management: Manage and deliver Camps Security, Maintenance, Food Service, Housekeeping and Utilities departments' high level process Hazard Risk Register using BP RAT and BP S&OR structured risk mitigation tools and training.
Host team meetings, investigation, reviewing, risk assessment , and determining camps process risks.
Prepare and provide full assessment reports for funding and mitigations though BP RAT and BP management.
Daily activities included heavy use of Microsoft office, Visio, Outlook, BP RAT Tools, CI connect and other programs.
Host and lead meeting for both risk management and projects working through the CI process.
Special projects: Manage NS Camps Sodexo compliance changes, warehouse ordering team bi weekly meetings, designed the Camps Foodservice Dashboard and many other projects.

Through process our client and company have seen risk reductions, cost savings and efficiencies.
Multiple projects I have managed have won awards and honorable mentions from BP and NMS (public venues, Spirit of the Hunter, BP CI winning team, online media, quarterly news articles, and BP Uptimes magazine.) Also helped co create the CI celebrations for NMS and BP.
Lead NS camps foodservice and housekeeping supply logistics with BP during the 2015 spring Dalton Highway Closure disaster.
There are multiple other side projects that I have led and participated in that resulted in an increase of efficiencies and overall performance effectiveness throughout my time with NMS.
NMS Camps Operations Manager Support Coverage 6+months Manage MCC and Liberty Camps Foodservice and Housekeeping Departments- Combined group of 50 employees.
Both camps provide full foodservice and housekeeping for a combine 700 man camp along with feeding 700-1000 people per meal daily.
Primary deliverables were to drive a strong safety program / culture, human resource manager for departments, ensure all activities match our clients key performance needs with short term and long term plans driven by budgets and NMS stratgies.
Managed flight logistics, payroll, overtime, employment, employee coaching, promotions, interviews and frequent daily management operations duties for both foodservice and housekeeping departments.
Accomplishments: Help create new process's while covering as operations manager full time continuing my OSS role part time.
Maintain client driven KPI's and drive the NMS safety culture for teams daily.
I have also covered for all three operations managers positions.
NMS CAMPS- Food Service Materials Coordinator01/2008 to 01/2011
Order, receive and maintain the BPXA PBOC Camp kitchen inventory.
The PBOC camp feeds on average 420 residents daily.
Maintain all HACCP ruling on in taking and ordering food products.
Maintain and manage food budgets and vendor and client relations.
Supervise and instruct one employee while maintaining safety standards.
I also drove reconstructing the camps warehouse work process and inventory control program which resulted in higher efficiencies along with tighter inventories slope wide.
Daily duties included heavy computer use in Microsoft office and inventory management systems.
Daily manage all food and supply inventories preparing and weekly inventory and orders.
Accomplishments: While holding this position I was on an innovation safety buddy project that was nominated for the BP Helios Award.
Created the BP North slope Camps orientation video, which is viewed by all visitors to the North Slope.
I also coproduced and narrated the BP Camps orientation video.
Created multiple NMS Safety and team videos.
