RMS purchased my Rigging Division in 2010:

When the economy took a down turn I decided to move my business from Pueblo CO. to Denver CO. I always maintained a great relationship with the owner of RMS and he was struggling in the local economy as well. He decided that he wanted to add an additional business to his existing business to help keep his company recession proof. After many open discussions and looking at my books we agreed that buying my rigging business was the best for both of us. This decision is what started RMS Rigging.
