I have been in the restaurant business since 1995, starting as a waitress at the Hanscom, AFB Enlisted Club, working my way to Banquet Leader and overseeing functions, Weddings, Retirements, Military Balls and many more.
I then transferred to the office to do accounting, payroll, and new memberships for the past 8 years.
I was then transferred to the Catering Office to set up New Functions and Sales on contracts for upcoming functions.
I enjoy a busy and fast paced environment and enjoy working with customers to ensure that every need is met for continued business.
In 2003 I won a Annual Award for Outstanding service.
I have had many positive customer comments and I will always
go above and beyond and help co-workers if needed in any other
position. I have also been trained in the computer system on
Caterease and the basic registers.
I was responsible for all daily cash handling and balancing of all sales for the daily lunch, dinner, bar sales and all special functions. I balanced all cash drawers and ensured the safe was ready for daily functions.
I processed new applications for our membership program and was
responsible for payroll for over 40 employees and personnel actions for new and existing employees.
I also assisted in the Catering office, booking dates, reviewing menu and pricing and collecting payments and making adjustments as needed in changes on function counts and needs.
I attended catering classes and customer service programs to improve on
ensuring how to meet the customers needs.
