Employed process modeling and decision modeling to ensure that the new system met the compulsory requirements in an efficient and strategic manner in line with the division's strategy.
Worked with AML Compliance and Tech to design and produce reports and dashboarding tools to allow AML Compliance to appropriately present auditors with information regarding the firm's rolling review of client data.
Reference Data Ops - Americas Regulatory Uplift.
Implemented a regulatory driven enhancement to the firm's central entity master database to allow Canadian regulators to identify the appropriate province in which our clients are trading OTC derivatives.
Worked closely with both the reference data operations and the reference data technology teams to ensure that the enhancement was strategic and realistic while meeting the regulatory scope and compulsory timeframe of 3 months.
Completed these initiatives through a short term assignment to Salt Lake City, UT office to work directly with the Reference Data Ops teams.
Worked with a team of four fellow analysts to propose and pitch a charitable organization to receive a grant through the Goldman Sachs Gives fund.
Proposal was chosen as one of six, from 120+ entries from other analyst teams across the firm, to pitch our charitable organization to the partnership committee.
Received $30,000 for our proposed organization.
