Project 1: Solution Delivery Life cycle in Technology Transformation

This is current project and the objective of this project is to deliver Process (for both Waterfall and Agile) model that all American Express Technology projects will adhere to. Some of the mandate processes are integrated with the tool Clarity and SharePoint. Audit and compliance check is also done on the projects picked up randomly. Rally tool is used to maintain all the Features, User stories and the release plan for the features. Release plan will be done at the end of every quarter.
Project 2: IT Service Management (Knowledge and Incident Management)
Duration: 8 Months (Jan'13 – Aug'13)
This project was executed in Agile Methodology. User stories were defined by the Product owner; they are prioritized as per business need and discussed in Release planning. The project was executed in four sprints with 4 weeks on each sprint.
Project 3: Digital Offer Ecosystem (DOE).
Duration: 3 Months (Nov '12 – Jan '13).

This project is to categorize the webstars (issues raised in Lexis Nexis internal site) into replicable or not based on the steps provided in webstars.Start analyze on the replicable webstars, do code fix and test it.This is an end-to-end application maintenance support involving webstar analysis, build, testing, implementation and support.
The technologies involved are UNIX, C & Java.
