Duties included opening escrow, order all payoffs and prepare documents. Work closely with lender, realtor and customers, giving great customer service. Figure files, fund and disburse all closing funds. Sign clients at closing. Process lenders documents and send out all closing packages. Prepare recording packages and work closely with title to clear up all title problems and issues.
