In 2012 my CEO and I saw the need to bring our scheduling out of paper & fax to the cloud so our installers could work from their electronic devises and our Scheduler could schedule with out piles of paper work. I took Out Look and totally revamped its purpose I was able to turn it into a scheduling tool that worked great for our needs a that time. A few years down the line we found a Scheduling took that had mapping included and I organized moving our work to the new scheduling tool Cilio.
I helped one of the corporations that we work with implement and test a new portal / transfer of work to us and then reporting back to them what occurred on the job. They had 30 other Companies to choose from to help test and implement and they choose me.
