Performed the same duties as Criminal Investigations Division Secretary. The new Chief of Police upgraded my position from Clerk to Secretary.
Maintained computer records of the Suggestion Program by entry of new suggestions, distribution to evaluators, generating reply memos, generating reports; maintained computer records of the Education Program; performed general office duties; streamlined the Suggestion and Education Programs by eliminating clerical backlog and maintaining current records.
