Answer all incoming calls; forward internally, take messages or direct callers to salons when necessary. Check voicemail. Process gift card purchases via phone and the Juut website and respond to gift card balance inquiries. Greet all visitors, and contact appropriate department to notify of visitor. Organize conference room schedules, make appropriate accommodations when necessary. Tracks and reports inventory transfers between locations, along with various other audits and reports in Excel. Assist in the fulfillment of office supply orders for salons and Resource Center. Maintain back up of office supplies; send as requested to the salons or distribute within the Resource Center. Add postage to outgoing mail, refill postage meter. Ensure approved marketing materials are being used for all guest correspondence coming through the Resource Center from the salons. Sort and distribute mail to the proper person daily. Schedule couriers when requested or needed. Prepare, load, unload and distribute bins on determined schedule based on location. Assist the Marketing Department with client letters when needed. Fulfill book orders to distribute to salons and monitor inventory to ensure reprints are ordered in a timely fashion. Process and place marketing supplies orders for the salons, including gift card supplies, marketing pieces, shopping bags, HR forms, hair extension packets, etc. Review/proofread documents for various departments/department heads. Help with data entry for reviews and reports as needed, Organize and plan office celebrations, other duties as needed or instructed. They will also live and demonstrate the Juut Guiding Principles and Beliefs, utilize these in the performance of their job, and are a Daymaker in every moment
Duties: The Leasing Consultant is responsible for leasing and marketing the community and maintaining positive resident relations. Community Leasing and Administration: Greets prospects and qualifies the by covering all required criteria. Immediately records all telephone and in-person traffic. Tours the property and target apartments/model. Updates apartment availability reports as needed. Processes applications for approval. Types leases and completes all necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. Immediately follows-up with prospects unable to close on and attempts to close sale again. Secures resident signature(s) on all required paperwork prior to move-in. Assists in monitoring renewals. Distributes any company-issued notices. Maintains accurate monthly commission sheets for bonus payments. Resident Relations: Listens to all resident requests, complaints and comments. Ensures all work orders are handled satisfactorily by contacting residents with completed service requests. Assists in planning and hosting resident functions. Assists with enforcing policies and rules of the community. Community Marketing: Assists in placing, removing and updating balloons, bandit signs, etc. Distributes newsletters, pamphlets, flyers, etc. to local business and employers. Assists in obtaining and/or distributing marketing information via telephone and/or in-person visits. Completes direct marketing mailers
Duties: Sorting Medical Records, scanning Medical Records, organizing each file by date and provider, marking each section with appropriate names, logging into the computer that the file is complete, (File maker). When scanning, create folders for each file and then scan each file in. Organizing work space, helping others when there is down time. Copying and transferring information. If the wrong person is in a file, I document it accordingly, and then hand it to operations. Prioritize files to be sorted and scanned to maintain efficient processing procedures. Deliver end of day UPS and USPS. Training experience with new comers to my department. Efficient in FileMaker pro 13.
