  • Manage complex patient with multiple physical/psychosocial needs before, during and after hospitalization. Child currently hospitalized in long term psychiatric facility scheduled for surgery May 2015. Will require care at medical/psychiatric facility after discharge. Arrangements currently in process.
  • Provided data about decreased LOS for Pediatric Orthopaedics patients after posterior spine fusion (PSF) that supported the change in practice
  • Evidence based quality care provided through review of literature, conferences, and practice changes based on evidence gathered, evaluated.
  • Conduct self professionally at all times. Maintain professional relationships with internal, external customers. Act as liaison.
