Assume 24 hour accountability for the quality of nursing care delivered for a total of 75 in-patients beds.

Knowledgeable and efficient in troubleshooting and assisting physicians with Swan Ganz catheters, intra-aortic balloon pumps, temporary pacemakers, cardioversion, hypothermia units, I-STAT, LVADs such as the Heartmate II, Impella, and Tandem Heart.
